Well its been a tough life in Rs5 but we've survived and from our long lasting ashes the phoenix has risen. By phoenix i meant Acika, the founding father of this family and with his arrival comes the opportunities that awaits us. Now i would like to introduce some changes in our family, followed from recruition to promotion to demotion and from shootout to the methods of our roleplays.
Well Luciano have been the best family of 2012 and it will always be within the hearts of our very players of argonath. Now a question arises, what should we do next ?
Members
Firstly i would like to thank all of our active members by heart that they've worked so hard to keep the family alive and now, they must focus on the big picture. By being active simply doesn't mean alive by any sense... you should participate in roleplay situations as well. Well lets forget about the roleplay situation/scenario and go in a simple way... "Be with your leaders,(veteran+ or even members) and follow their orders, you would probably come up with utmost excellence in roleplaying" follow this and see the results.
Well as you all know that many of our new enemies have risen out of pits so, it would be best for you to avoid being kidnapped by them and avoid any shootout as well(while leaders are not online or your quantity is less). Because of such groups with shit minds, we usually be the target for argonath's administrative team.
And in The End, do what needs to be done and remember this "Luciano never attacks first"
Veterans and Leaders
I've always believed that without proper leadership and management any organization would fail but in this family, I've never really got to see such a situation and all the credits goes to our fellow leaders and veterans...
Also i am introducing few changes in our recruition process which you would (soon) find in our Caporegime's lounge.
Promotion
It would be appreciated if our members Do not Beg for promotions for its upto us to decide whether you deserve a promotion or not.
As previously when our family was pretty much into inactivity, I've introduced everyone to Vertical Promotion scenario for our members, just for so to create stability and activity in our family. But now Vertical promotion will be transformed into transfer of position.. means that there will be very limited number of seats for higher ranks and only inactive or banned member's rank shall be replaced by the lower ones. I believe this would not create instability within our members.
Demotion
Demotion of higher ranks will be followed by the above method and few other things counts as well, such as breaking the rules of our family etc..(for members as well)
Shootout

And In the End I would only say this: "Live And Let Die"
